We check that people are searching for a product before we build it.
Kararisi creates information products: training workbooks, guides and courses, in print and in digital formats. Kararisi Research is our internal tool for measuring search demand and competition, so that we, and the clients we advise, invest in topics people are actively looking for.
Three questions it answers
Is there demand?
How many people search each month for a topic, problem or product idea, and whether that interest is steady or seasonal.
How competitive is it?
How many advertisers compete for the same searches, and what they pay per click, which shows how valuable and crowded a topic is.
Which format fits?
Whether people search for printed products ("workbook", "planner", "journal") or digital ones ("course", "template", "pdf", "online").
How a research project works
We start from a product idea, ours or a client's, and write a list of the phrases a buyer would type into Google.
The tool sends that list to Google Ads Keyword Planner and receives the historical metrics for each phrase.
We compare demand against competition, group phrases by topic and format, and note the strongest opportunities.
The conclusions shape what we create: the product, its title, its format, and the website and wording that present it. Clients receive the same as a written report.
The data it reads
| Metric | What it tells us |
|---|---|
| Average monthly searches | Size of the demand for a phrase |
| Competition (low, medium, high) | How many advertisers bid on the phrase |
| Top-of-page bid range | What advertisers pay per click, a measure of commercial value |
All figures come from the Google Ads API, Keyword Planner historical metrics, read through Kararisi's own Google Ads account.
What it does
- Reads keyword metrics for phrases we submit
- Saves the results as files on our own computer
- Supports research for Kararisi's products and for client projects
What it never does
- Create, change or manage campaigns, ads or budgets
- Access anyone else's Google Ads account
- Resell or publish Google data as a data service
Who uses it
Only the Kararisi team operates the tool. Clients do not sign in to it or connect their accounts; they receive our findings as reports and recommendations.
